Waking from my nightly hell I wipe the sweat from my brow The horrors of the past come to life Never resting and never home I wake and see them suffer How much must an innocence endure? Lost a daughter and my love Died to lure me to death After I escaped the headsman’s axe Still I’m haunted in my dreams The faces of betrayers Soon they’ll come, this day I run no more Crashing steel and piercing screams The Guards, The Prince, The King, The Queen Slaughtered by Holy Golden Knights In the Architect’s benevolent light Highest Father had his plans Framed for the deaths that broke this land Valeia bound in holy law Heathen is the name I bore Zealots scream and Zealots cry Punishment is death by fire Burned to purify my Heathen soul Without hope, but with no fear I turn and face the pyre May these flames return me to the lost Crashing steel and piercing screams The Guards, The Prince, The King, The Queen Slaughtered by Holy Golden Knights In the Architect’s benevolent light Highest Father had his plans Framed for the deaths that broke this land Valeia bound in holy law Heathen is the name I bore.

Whirling and burning, chaos wracks the surface Water and fire, blasting in a furnace The magma boils, from the core below Lava expelled, ash falls like snow From the ash that’s fallen darkness ensues Blocking out the sun and causing rock to cool Plants start sprouting, their roots take hold Bursting through the clouds to escape the dark and cold The world’s formation from volcanic soil A Cradle of Life, from the meagre to the royal After many years life begins to bloom Ages after the last lava plume The land falls quiet and changes take place Creatures taking part in life’s great race Hundreds of myrs pass, the world has taken shape Life’s circle turning on a green landscape Deep beneath the ocean thermal vents blow Volatile gasses and sulphur down below Predators and prey, the world harmonised Soon to be discorded, the world humanised A cradle for all, destined to burn A war of horrors and no lessons learned Hundreds of thousands killed, both man and beast The land to be reclaimed, by the raging seas Unflinching beliefs engulf all in strife The relentless Aagen and the righteous Archite This war to be fought, of who is wrong or right Man and lands destruction in a cataclysmic fight.

Masters of the wind and waves Clans of mighty Aagen braves Warring chiefs, the serpents kin Weakness is the worst of sins Send forth the ships, to foreign lands For the gold and the glory they’ll die by our hands Home of the ruthless, driven and strong The faith of the serpents the ancestors gods Beings of fire, water and sky Far to the south, the preachers do hail The Architect’s word no more than a tale Kneeling to Chieftains, The Holy Men speak The faith of the Serpents, The Aagen will keep Rage it fills the Aagen lords Curse their weaker foreign god Preachers slaughtered where they stand Aagenfell, The Serpents Land Burn out their eyes, cut out their tongues Send The Holy Men home one limb by one Word reached The Father high on his throne He summoned The Titan, a general well known Crusade for glory, the heathens will die Far to the south The Gold Legions form The Architect’s word, they answer the call Conquer the Isle, enslave them all The Isle of Serpents, The Aagen’s no more

Outnumbered they fought with zeal To Halt The Archite come to make them kneel Armoured pilgrims all around Temple of The Mother, keeper of Aagen souls Shattered stone and mortar, remains of the sacred site Earth trembles with anger, ash turns the day to night Wrath of The Mother drives The Aagen to the sea Way of Fire punishes all those that can bleed Breaking down Baalinsol’s walls The Archite forces storm their halls Flames rise from below Baalinsol in it’s death throes Shattered stone and mortar, remains of the sacred site Earth trembles with anger, ash turns the day to night Wrath of The Mother drives The Aagen to the sea Way of Fire punishes all those that can bleed Archites flee from the Old God’s rage Magma flows and the embers glow Aagen scream, feel The Old God’s pain Crush them all, heed the mothers call As the Aagen fortress splits The last of them are set adrift Unworthy of your mothers love Prove yourselves in wars to come Shattered stone and mortar, remains of the sacred site Earth trembles with anger, ash turns the day to night Wrath of The Mother drives The Aagen to the sea Way of Fire punishes all those that can bleed

Forced to flee from their homes never to return The Aagen drift endlessly, no purpose, they’re lost Among the scarred and battered a man stood strong and tall Eldred Baines the first, saviour of them all Cast aside, left to die, people of the waves Abandoned by the gods they loved, tormented and ashamed A call to arms all able, we strike in Mother’s name The temples of The Archite are going up in flames Slayer of The Titan, stronger than them all Eldred’s will unbending, all answer to his call To The Archite border The Aagen horde set sail To break The Holy City, a quest they cannot fail Cast aside, left to die, people of the waves Abandoned by the gods they loved, tormented and ashamed A call to arms all able, we strike in Mother’s name The temples of The Archite are going up in flames As the moon arises one still and silent eve Eldred hears a gentle call and rises to his feet Stepping on the deck he sees a silver form Goddess of the sea, Serpent of the storm Visions flash before his eyes, of water, wood and stone Of luscious land, of paradise, The Aagen coming home Burn The Archite temples, The Father on his throne This home The Gods will grant you, as King you will be known Aagen blades pierce the hearts of Holy Men and slaves All who stand before them, who dare to bar the way The temple burns in silence, The Archite people slain Eldred Baines the saviour, first King of his name

On they sailed, the Aagen fleet, triumphant and renewed None could see the coming storm Water hissed, beneath the ships, thick fog filled the air All were filled with terror and despair Spirits rose up, from the depths of the sea Made them cry, made them bleed Far across the Boiling Sea A land of wealth, of Dwarven greed We voyage to this place unknown The Aagen fleet is coming home Look beyond the boiling sea Embrace the skies, the stars we need Ocean graves await us all Scalding death, the king will fall Panicked men drew their swords, screamed their battle cry Seeing demons in their kin Some ships burned, madmen laughed Leaving none alive, no end to be seen Spirits rose up, from the depths of the sea Made them cry, made them bleed The king stood tall and called the gods “Send the winds lest all be lost!” Far across the Boiling Sea A land of wealth, of Dwarven greed We voyage to this place unknown The Aagen fleet is coming home Look beyond the boiling sea Embrace the skies, the stars we need Ocean graves await us all Scalding death, the king will fall Cursed sea bubbled with black air so stained Breaking the minds of the brave men that came Slaughtered each other or leapt from the mast Tortured, tormented by ghosts of the past Screaming and crying, broken and torn Crumbling in the dark, right ‘fore the dawn Then their salvation blew in from the east On went their ships and the suffering ceased Far across the Boiling Sea A land of wealth, of dwarven greed We voyage to this place unknown The Aagen fleet is coming home Now, beyond the boiling sea Embrace the skies for those that bleed Ocean graves for those that fell We sail on far from this hell

Binding of sea, binding of stone Forging a power that no one has known No longer Aagen, the wild is tamed The kingdom of Eldrand lives on in your name The King of The Aagen, the mountains he sieged Breaking The Einar, their courage and steel The Stone Sovereign bent, buckled and bowed An Aagen king wore their Einar crown Binding of sea, binding of stone Forging a power that no one has known No longer Aagen, the wild is tamed The kingdom of Eldrand lives on in your name New banners fly, Serpent an Axe A union of cultures, an undying pact Centuries onward the old world will fade Eldred the First, his name will remain Dragon and Spirit united at last A new faith is born abandon the past Water and Earth bound in the flames Historic war, iron and pain Our lands are battered salted and torn From his new palace new oaths are sworn “I swear to all gods of Earth, Sea and Sky This nation will rise long after I die!” Killers and preachers, beggars and teachers All know the legend of Eldred the first Some kings won fame, but none quite the same As Eldred the First of His name Killers and preachers, beggars and teachers All know the triumph of Eldred the first None as commanding, no idol standing Like Eldred the First of His Name Binding of sea, binding of stone Forging a power that no one has known No longer Aagen, the wild is tamed The kingdom of Eldrand lives on in your name New banners fly, Serpent and Axe A union of cultures, an undying pact Centuries onward the old world will fade Eldred the First, his name will remain

I’ve travelled far, wide have I roamed With my axe and shield there’s no shore unknown In shady old taverns we dwell while on shore Where mead fills our bellies and our beds with whores Sit by the fire, bring life to your bones The cold sea is bitter when so far from home So fill your cup sailor we leave here at dawn Last drink before sunrise then it’s into the storm Come heed my warning not all is as seems Pirates are treacherous, with gold our eyes gleam The captain will tempt you with stories of wealth But remember my words lad, this life can be hell Sit by the fire, sing songs and tell tales Of adventure and conquest, of black hearts and sails So fill your cup sailor we leave here at dawn Last drink before sunrise then we pillage some more Witness our crimes Thieving and slaying Burning ships, raping wives We bear the black sails, from the cannons lead flies Free the madness within us Then everyone dies Sit by the fire, bring life to your bones The cold sea is bitter when so far from home So fill your cup sailor we leave here at dawn Last drink before sunrise then it’s into the storm Sit by the fire, sing songs and tell tales Of adventure and conquest, of black hearts and sails So fill your cup sailor we leave here at dawn Last drink before sunrise then we pillage some more

Stormstrider 03:28
Blood-thirsty offspring of giants and orcs The beast-men of far Nordenvaar Crossed on the ice in the mid-winter's chill To claim north lands from our king. Roaring, bashing Crooked teeth gnashing Norfyr the scourge of the gods. Raping, impaling Eldraani failing to hold back the terrible horde. Hail, Stormstrider Chosen of the Sky Ascend, your time has come Hear our cries. Loose, the lightning bolts Call the winds to war See the frozen north Ripped from the shore. Eldraani forces campaign in the south Bringing Arosi to heel The people, abandoned, were eaten or slain Enslaved like beasts to be tamed. Torn by their pain Spurred by their need One brave man fought back alone. His power was lifted The Sky Serpent gifted The power to master the storm. Hail, Stormstrider Chosen of the Sky Ascend, your time has come Hear our cries. Loose, the lightning bolts Call the winds to war See the frozen north Ripped from the shore. Wielding the power of serpents Stormstrider fought all as one Unleashing the terror and wrath of the gods The Norfyr conquest undone. Sensing the ice bridge had weakened From the thunderous feet of the horde He brought all his might, crashing from high And severed the North from our shore. Hail, Stormstrider Chosen of the Sky Ascend, your time has come Hear our cries. Loose, the lightning bolts Call the winds to war See the frozen north Ripped from the shore.

Led by Beren Ironborn Eldraani banners soared Marching, charging Freymarsh heard their roar Ogre clans united A warlord strong and brave Watching, waiting They’ll send him to his grave Beren marched his forces to the Ogre’s final keep For the elder council lay within Their lives for lasting peace Led by Beren Ironborn Eldraani banners soared Marching, charging Freymarsh heard their roar Ogre clans united A warlord strong and brave Watching, waiting They’ll send him to his grave Warriors defending their gates and towers strong Beren’s men surround them They’ll starve ‘fore winters gone Word spread far and wide Of the siege of Hok-Tah-Yol The mountains whispered to Beren’s ears “Brace for the coming storm” All other marsh-folk not caught in the siege Took up their axe on reptilian steeds Gathered in numbers of thrice Beren’s force And attacked from the west, east and the north Beren surrounded, attacked from all sides Ordered his archers to set earth alight Rained flaming arrows igniting the pitch Allowing the vanguard to push for the bridge Gates are broken, beasts are slain Ogre’s blood it falls like rain Beren burns the Elder’s halls The fighting marsh-folk heard their calls He stands before them, spear raised high The beasts would kneel or all would die Beren found both wealth and fame The Spear of Arostoft his name
